A banquet with 14 star chefs each serving tastes of their specialty as you stroll through the kitchen and wine bins of the prestigious Spagio. Once annually, chef and owner Hubert Seifert calls in his culinary friends from across the nation. They prep, cook and serve as the guests make their way through the maze of wonderful aromas and beautiful people.

The 2004 celebration featured such top name restaurants as Trio in Chicago, The French Room at the Adolphus Hotel in Dallas, Cincinnati's Maisonette, Bistro 2110 at The Blackwell Hotel, Columbus, and Spring in Chicago.

Proceeds went to March of Dimes.
